Located in suburban area between Anchorage Int'l Airport and downtown. Walking distance to grocery stores and shopping strip mall. One block from high school, and Coastal trail which extends from downtown to beyond airport, to Kinkaid Park (about 15 miles). Walking distance to Lagoons and Park Strip. Owners are long time Alaskans and treat their guests very well, lots of recommendations. Home is comfortable, one level, and newly remodeled. Most of their guests return.
