Crabapple Hill Farm Bed & Gourmet Breakfast, Gainesville, Texas

North Texas bed & breakfast serving gourmet breakfast in wooded seclusion

Simone's Victorian Room has an (full)antique turn-of-the-century Victorian bed, muted green walls, a soft chair for reading and a rocker. Two dormer windows look out west over the woods. A private bath joins the room furnished with double sinks and private shower/toilet room. This room is furnished with antiques, extra pillows and comfy bathrobes and a ceiling fan over the bed!

Lauren's French Room is painted in cranberry red and has sofa and chair seating with an antique French bed trimmed in brass which has been converted to hold a queen mattress. Private bath is located just across the hall. Lauren's Room has a touch of Christmas with its "T'was the Night Before Christmas" pillows and a Santa or two. Come relax under the ceiling fan!

Chloe & Olivia's Twin's Room is furnished with(twin)English brass and iron beds. A loveseat and chair create a cozy spot to read or relax. The double dormer looks out over the north woods. It is decorated with family pictures, baby clothing plus lots more! The Twin's Room has a ceiling fan, also. The private bath is just outside the door and has double sinks with a private shower/toilet room.

We are nestled in the woods one hour north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, antique furnishings and a very quiet atmosphere will give you the respite you deserve! We are 12 miles south east of Gainesville which is known for antique shops, local theatre and their rodeo. Denton, UNT and the Texas Motor Speedway are just 35-45 minutes south. Lake Ray Roberts and Lake Texoma offer many water related activities along with rock hunting and some good seafood.

You may enjoy a slow stroll on our property and sit for a moment on one of the British benches or feed our Pygmy goats and friendly donkey. Two dogs and a cat look forward to greeting you!

The 40'X17'tin-roofed back porch offers relaxed wicker seating and ceiling fans for your pleasure.

We serve a variety of afternoon treats such as home-made ice cream with sauces from our kitchen, cookies and fresh fruit to name a few.
