Located in the heart of an old border town which is situated along the Kankakee River. Designed and built by A. E. Wikstrom in 1892, it was known at that time as the Villa Swea and used as a gathering place for visiting Swedish dignitaries, diplomats and local socialites. This Swedish style home has a large wrap-around porch with wicker furnishings. 45 minutes from Chicago.
