Lion’s Head has a rich and interesting history. The original owner was a prominent businessman involved in the development of hydro-electric power at the turn-of-the-century, and, Lion's Head has been used as a setting in a couple of major Hollywood films, the most famous, "Niagara” which starred Marilyn Monroe.
