Chamberlin'S Ole Forest Inn, Curtis, Michigan

Curtis Michigan Bed and Breakfast near Seney Wildlife Refuge

In Michigan's Upper Peninsula this beautifully restored Inn overlooks Big Manistique Lake just one mile north of the village of Curtis. It was originally built as a railroad hotel in the late 1800's and is full of history. Awake to the loons. Sit on the dock. Read by the huge fireplace. Try the porch swing. Relax in the hot tub under the stars. 12 guest rooms (five with private baths. Book early for the jacuzzi suite). We are open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our full service kitchen features casual fine dining. Enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the wraparound porch. On our dinner menue you will see fresh roasted prime rib, planked fresh whitefish, pan fried lake perch, raspberry chicken, duck and homemade soups. We re open 11 months (closed in April) and welcome all nature enthusiasts, birders, kayakers, snowmobilers, hunters, fishermen and star gazers (the Northern Lights entertain at unspecified times!)
