In the tradition of historic Princeton, with the warmth and comfort of home sits the Peacock Inn. Dating back to 1775, this Colonial mansion made its public debut in 1912, and since then, has welcomed such luminaries as Albert Einstein, F.Scott Fitzgerald and Bertand Russell.

The Peacock Inn is located two blocks from Princeton University and within easy walk of Princeton's downtown shopping area. Seventeen antique-filled rooms provide a great home base for touring historic Mercer County in New Jersey and Bucks County in Pennsylvania. Sit on our front porch enjoying our wonderful four star French cuisine or move to our garden patio to sip a glass of California chardonnay.
