Innkeepers Sophaphan & Kent Davis have just finished a nine month major renovation of the entire property, which started as a fishing camp in 1938. As resident hosts, they provide guests with immaculate rooms, first-class amenities and personal service.



Eleven units are ground level and are readily accessible to people with limited mobility.



The resort is located on a quite residential street in the heart of historic Anna Maria. This unspoiled Florida town is unique, even on this island. Anna Maria is a residential community with only a handful of rental accommodations. There are no high-rise buildings, motels or franchises. It doesn't even have a traffic light.



Anna Maria has beautiful beaches on three sides of the tiny town, and a collection of interesting, privately owned shops, marinas and restaurants to explore. We are adjacent to the Bayview Plaza shopping area, the City Pier, Pine Avenue shops, Roser Church and the finest restaurants on Anna Maria Island.
