Be pampered by the host of this charming, cozy, comfortable 1800s Victorian overlooking the waters of picturesque Lanes Cove on Ipswich Bay. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, lovely furnishings, impeccably clean accommodations, generous breakfasts and afternoon teas. Breakfast includes delicious freshly baked pastries, premium coffees and teas, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, home-made granola and breads. Take a short drive to beaches, parks, art galleries, museums, whale watch boats, Rockport, Salem and Boston.





Each of the guestrooms is tastefully furnished and decorated, with polished hardwood floors and oriental rugs, and each has a private bathroom with fine amenities. Each is equipped with an air conditioner, fan, cable television and radio alarm clock. The Green and the Blue Rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the Quilt room has a private hall bath. The Blue and the Quilt Rooms have water views. Rates range from $140 to $150 with a minimum stay of two nights. For longer stays the seventh night is free.
