The Alpen Rose is tucked away in the woods at 9,200 feet and offers spectacular views of the Continental Divide and its 12,00 foot peaks. Wildlife of many kinds are frequent visitors to the property. The Living Room has a wood burning stove and large picture windows to capture the beautiful after glows and sunrises, and a balcony to enjoy the Colorado sun from.

A stay in our home is a refreshing surprise of casual Austrian comfort. From the time you arrive you will feel right at home. Our three story home has 6 guest rooms each with a different and unique appeal, each with its own private bathroom.

Awake from a good night sleep to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and sit down to a hearty and delicious Austrian country breakfast, featuring fresh fruit, homemade breads and biscuits, granola, yogurt, sausage and egg dishes, a fresh coffee cake and all the trimmings.

The Alpen rose is within easy walking distance of town and many area attractions. During the winter months, the free Winter Park shuttle bus stops right in front of the house and within 10 minutes you are at the base of the ski area.
