Our home was built in 1904. The style is Victorian which includes high ceilings and ornate molding on the main level. The home has three gas fireplaces one in the entry way, the second in the living room and the third is located in the English room. There is an additional fireplace which is electric in the bathroom of the room called Nature's Niche. The home offers a large covered front and side porch with a large side and back yard. Our guests will enjoy a large brick patio in the rear of the home with multiple buildings on the property. The InnKeepers reside in the Carriage House. In addition there is a Smoke house used for lawn equipment, a Salt house which is currently used for storage, and a log cabin. The log cabin was built in 1884 and was originally located in Olathe. It was moved to the property and restored, however, the cabin needs to be restored again since it was not kept up by the previous owners but provides a great conversation item. Eventually the Log cabin will have a Hot tub and bar.
