Paul and Lyn Slade opened Charlotte's House Bed and Breakfast in the fall of 2002, following years of extensive renovations. The circa. 1812 colonial farm house has three guest bedrooms, all with working fireplaces and private bathrooms with showers. The house is where Paul grew up, and the surrounding land is family owned. Paul and Lyn did all the renovations themselves, often using lumber milled from trees on the property. Their blood, sweat and tears are evidenced through out the home.

Lyn is a professional chef who enjoys making a full breakfast for her guests, let her know of any dietary considerations you may have. Homemade cookies will welcome you to your room. Through the year Lyn conducts cooking workshops in the B&B kitchen, you should request the list of current offerings!

Charlotte's House B&B is located on a country road only 2 miles from Rt. 495. But with the good food, friendly smiles and wonderful old home, you will feel transported to another time. Come for a restful stay at Charlotte's House Bed and Breakfast.
