The Washington Grass Inn (circa 1852) welcomes you to experience the gracious southern past. A true antebellum southern cotton plantation with all of the genuine hospitality you could dare ask for. The meticulously restored Manor House is situated on 13 lavish acres in historic Greensboro, Georgia, just about an hour east of Atlanta.

Your stay includes a full southern breakfast served in your choice of the Keeping Room, the Formal Dining Room, the Summer Kitchen or outside in the Central Courtyard. Enjoy morning and evening coffee and tea service in the central upstairs foyer and full use of the Inn's elegantly appointed Thoroughbred Billiard/Gaming Room. Guests are welcome to bring and enjoy their own alcoholic beverages. All guest rooms share a common bath. Smoking allowed in the Summer Kitchen. Please call for rates.

	Dinner & Lodging Package Join us for a specialty gourmet dining experience at the Inn. Pre-select your meal from our list of dinner selections. We'll e.mail you our menu and you create your dinner. We'll be glad to serve you at any time of the day or evening. Choose from the formal dining room, the summer kitchen or the central courtyard patio. Our executive chef will prepare specialty vegetarian or ethnic meals. Just ask! Reservations and selections should be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. You are welcome to bring your favorite bottle of wine to enjoy with your dinner.
