Welcome to Fraoch House - one of Edinburgh's finest bed and breakfast establishments.
Fraoch House is located in the heart of Edinburgh only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Within easy reach of all major travel routes, we are ideally situated to take advantage of the many attractions in central Scotland.
Set in a lovely Victorian building, period features have been retained and combined with contemporary design, to produce a clean, modern look.
We have 6 beautifully appointed rooms available - 4 en-suite and 2 with their own private bathrooms. The house has recently undergone a complete transformation with a major refurbishment program bringing the interiors of all the rooms firmly into the 'Noughties'.
Our aim is to provide a relaxed and informal atmosphere where the service is warm and friendly yet unobtrusive. Having grown up in Edinburgh, we are full of advice on entertainment and sightseeing. If you require any suggestions on 'what to do' or 'where to go' then just ask. We wish to make your stay a happy and memorable experience.
