Herr Tavern & Publick House, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
Gettysburg Bed & Breakfast that caters to romantic couples
Originally built as a Publick House, this 1815 Federal-style building became the site of the first Confederate stand and hospital during the Civil War. Listed in the National Register, the inn's 19th-century heritage and glory has now been faithfully restored, and a new wing added.
