Bullis House Inn :"Affordable Elegance in The Classic Southern Style". This magnificent three-story multi-columned mansion is a Registered Texas State Historic Landmark built in 1909 for infamous Army General John Lapham Bullis and designed by noted Architect Harvey Page.
As you enter through the massive oak door you will see a large oak staircase; original 14 Ft. plaster ceilings with decorative medallions that frame Bavarian Crystal chandeliers; French Doors that surround each parlor,marble fireplaces and parquet floors of fine woods.
Each guest room is individually decorated with Antique reproductions and antique period pieces.Most rooms have fireplaces, French Doors and are painted in colours of Hunter Greens,Golds,Burgundies and Royal Blues.
