The William Hand House is an 1829 Greek Revival renovated in 1997. Five rooms all with private bathrooms (some with jacuzzis and fireplaces), air conditioning, in-room mini-fridges, cable TV/VCRs, coffee makers, hairdryers, plush robes and all amenities. Located two miles east of East Hampton, ten miles west of Montauk and just a 2-1/2 hour ride from Manhattan, we are easily accessible by LIRR or Hampton Jitney. On-site parking, full breakfasts (seconds too!), afternoon refreshment, complimentary guest bicycles and beach parking permits. Enjoy the hammocks, swings, three-tiered fountain and umbrellaed picnic tables on our grounds, or walk to fine dining, shopping, The Stephen Talkhouse and the Amagansett Square.
