A simple, cozy and affordable European-style pensione in the Garden District, adjacent to and minutes from down town and French Quarter. We're on the streetcar line which takes you to all attractions. We're located in a beautiful historic district, near many, many beautiful restorations of pre civil war mansions. Our in-city location gives us access to restaurants, clubs, fast food, 24 hour eateries, all within walking distance.

Our rooms are sweet and cute - not fancy, but sort of like staying at Grandma's, but without the curfew! We serve a complimentary bakery breakfast in our pool-side breakfast room. Rooms have single, or double, or double/double, or queen, or queen+single beds, are air conditioned (except for some backpacker rooms) and have some simple antiques, etc.
