The newly renovated Vila is surrounded by its own garden, has two entraces: one front entrance with a large terrace, with sea-view, and a back entrance with a smaller porch. A total of 100 sqare meters can be rented completely, or the rooms can be rented separately. The Vila consists of a large living/diningroom, a large bedroom, with a double bed (1.40m large), two single bedrooms (beds are 0.90m large), a bathroom (WC, shower cabin, sink), a guest WC and a kitchinette, with refrigerator. The Vila can best accomodate 4 persons, or with an extra guest bed (provided by us) at most 5 persons. Kitchen ustensils are provided. Meals cannot be offered, but the nearest restaurant is across the street, and five others are within 5 minutes walk.A good quality restaurant is in the RIU Astoria **** hotel, 3 min. walk, where also the tennis courts are located. Shopping center, farmers market, bars, discos, sea promenade, the beaches are all within very short walking distance. No car is needed! Geriatric and reumathic treatment is available at three facilities, one of them on the same boulevard.

	Between Sept.4th and Sept 30th, a reduction of 10% is applied to anyone staying longer than 4 nights.
