We are located on Queenstown hill, 5 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from downtown Queenstown. It is a 20 minute, scenic walk into town.

All rooms overlook Lake Wakatipu across to the “Remarkables” mountain range. All rooms have under-floor heating, safety deposit boxes, hair driers, heated towel rails, TVs, radio alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities. - "Hospitality to live for and views to die for" is how one guest described his stay with us.

Situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown is surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Southern Alps. Queenstown is recognised as New Zealand's finest visitor destination and as one of the friendliest cities in the world. Queenstown's reputation as the Adventure Capital of the world is well earned. More things can be done here in one place than virtually anywhere else. Queenstown is the Southern Hemisphere's finest four season Lake and Mountain resort.

Nightlife with Restaurants and Bars abound in Queenstown. They range from fine dining to take-away. Most stay open very late, some into the early hours of the morning. We also have a Casino. Shops mostly stay open 7 days a week till late – 10pm.

So for your next vacation, why not come to beautiful Queenstown New Zealand and stay with us. We would love to see you.
