Gasthaus Mountain View is located in the San Pedro River Valley, surrounded by the Huachuca, Mule and Whetstone mountain ranges, 80 miles southeast of Tucson. Our Mom and Pop Bed & Breakfast is noted for its hospitality, good food, and peaceful surroundings. Our accommodations feature two suites; each includes a very spacious bedroom, enclosed balcony, kitchenette and private bath. We also offer an economical single room with a queen-sized bed and a separated private bath. Our gourmet breakfasts feature a German touch and are served in the bright and cheery atmosphere of our breakfast room. A comfortable living room and an outside bird watching area are available for our guests’ enjoyment. Beverages and homemade German Gebäck (pastries) are served in the afternoon/early evening. Our slogan is, "Pleasant nights make mornings bright, and good food makes the day go right".
Some of the most renowned bird watching areas in Southeast Arizona, including internationally known Ramsey Canyon, the San Pedro Riparian area, Ash, Miller and Garden Canyons, are less than a 20 minute drive away from our Bed and Breakfast. The Huachuca Mountains also feature a variety of hiking and mountain bike trails for your enjoyment.
