Nestled in the heart of Lubbock's South Overton National Historic District, this Craftsman-style home once served as the College Club House for Texas Tech during the 1930's and later became the home of David and Muriel Dawkins. The home has three guest rooms and common spaces that include living room and dining room. Our guests experience a warm, home-like atmosphere that differs from the normal and usual hotel stay. We offer personal service. Owners live on the premises and are readily available if needs arise. As a part of that "personal touch", we offer a hot tea tray with home-baked goodies, turn-down service and in-room breakfast, upon request. Guests may take a leisurely stroll to the neighborhood park only a few steps from the house, enjoy the use of our outdoor barbeque grill or just relax in the backyard near the waterfall and do some leisurely bird-watching.
