Listed in the Kennett Square Historical District, this 1909 Victorian house was built by J. Bancroft Swayne who commercialized the local mushroom industry. The house is graced by Tuscan columns, hardwood floors, two sunporches, and antique furniture throughout. A two-time, first place winner in the Victorian category of Kennett's Christmas Decorating Contest, it was featured in the 2002 Holiday Home Tour.
