In the Woodstock and Killington areas, October Country Inn is loved for its hospitality and relaxed atmosphere, farmhouse charm, hearty country breakfasts and internationally themed dinners cooked to gourmet standards, and served family-style. October Country Inn’s accommodations include ten guest rooms featuring antique quilts, and lace curtains. The living room is country living at its best with a wonderful potbellied stove, comfortable overstuffed furniture, fresh flowers, a fireplace at one end, and a piano at the other.

In the summer you can swim in our pool, explore many nearby hiking trails, or rent or bring a bike and enjoy spectacular scenery exploring local country roads. Other summer activities and attractions include antiquing, golf, art galleries, museums, and theatre. Fall foliage season in Vermont is one of the natural wonders of the world. Don’t miss it. In the winter, enjoy alpine or nordic skiing or snowboarding at nearby resorts. Or, snowshoe on local trails, take a snowmobile tour thru the woods, or just curl up with one of our many books by the fire. October Country Inn has something for everyone any time of the year.
