Come away to our Bed and Breakfast known as “New Land” for a delightful alternative to the fast pace of our hectic world. The house was built near the end of the Victorian era, around 1901. For more than eighty years it provided spacious accommodations for numerous families. In the early 1990’s it was purchased by a local attorney and was beautifully restored, maintaining its Victorian elegance with high ceilings, crown moldings, and spacious rooms.

The Terra Nova House has been operating as a Bed and Breakfast since 1998. Visitors have come from all over the United States, Canada, and several foreign countries, making it one of the leading establishments of its kind in the Mercer County area.


Whether you are looking for the unique specialty shops of downtown Grove City or the sprawling stores at the Prime Outlets Mall, you can find it here. Whether you are coming into town on business, visiting at local colleges, or just enjoying that much-needed getaway, we look forward to serving you.
