Charming 1895 Queen Anne Victorian Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of Historic Downtown Franklin Indiana. We are within easy walking distance of antique shops, specialty/gift stores, restaurants, historical museum, the Historic Artcraft Theater, and Franklin College. All 4 of our large guests rooms feature fine antiques and their own large private bath. Relaxation is not limited to the guest's private rooms, feel free to utilize the entire Inn. Visit with friends, family, and fellow travelers in the formal parlor. Enjoy an evening dessert in the spacious dining room. Catch up on that favorite book in the informal parlor/library. Enjoy that movie you have been wanting to see in the fully stocked media room. Give the pin ball machine a whirl in the 4 Season Patio.
