The four-acre property includes extensive annual and perennial gardens, organic vegetables, berries, fruit trees and a wildflower meadow. A short walk to Lake Champlain offers visitors a large beach with access for swimming, fishing and boating. The northwest facing cove provides an easy launch for wind surfers, kayaks and canoe enthusiasts. Bikers will enjoy the rural landscape of the "West Coast of New England" as they ride Lake Street north or south along Lake Champlain. Daphne and Peter have decorated and customized each room to provide visitors with a unique and comfortable experience. All rooms share a large living room for relaxing, conversation, reading or watching TV. Off the living area is a small game table, desk and refrigerator for your convenience. Our typical breakfast menu offers our chicken's eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, Vermont bacon, sausage, and homemade muffins & breads.
