Lesley and Chris offer you a warm welcome to Larch Hill in beautiful Queenstown.

As featured in 'National Geographic Traveler' and Cathay Pacific's 'Discovery' magazines, Larch Hill B&B is purpose built on an elevated site overlooking Lake Wakatipu. All rooms and sundeck in our comfortable and relaxing homestay have spectacular lake and mountain views, with tea/coffee making facilities.

A feeling of relaxation flows through the bedrooms into the dining room with its library, opening onto a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens. On arrival you are welcomed with refreshments. In winter a roaring log fire awaits your return from a day's skiing or sightseeing.

We are just 3 minutes' drive from the centre of town and within walking distance of the lake. Public transport passes our street regularly.

Breakfasts are generous with homemade bread, freshly baked croissants and pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and freshly ground, percolated coffee.

All our rooms have either ensuite or private bathrooms. Our self-contained apartment is ideal for families or for groups of 4.

We have no pets and are non-smokers, but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.

FREE broadband wireless internet facilities are available.
