Our Italianate Victorian inn was built in 1879 by lumber baron James Mulvey. The sprawling grounds are graced with mighty pine and walnut trees, and several rooms have balconies overlooking the gardens. Three of the rooms have gas fireplaces, and all have whirlpool tubs and private baths. All five guest rooms and a large parlor are all resplendent with period furnishings and numerous amenities. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on Stillwater's south hill, close to all of the activities downtown but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the estate. A full gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room, or in summers on the porch overlooking the grounds.
