Walk through the front door of the Casa Europa and you instantly feel the serenity and peacefulness of this historic adobe hacienda.


The dining room, originally a casita, built in the 1790’s has walls three feet thick. Here you will be served a full gourmet breakfast such as French toast a l’Orange or a mushroom-broccoli tart. Every afternoon you will find delectable desserts made from scratch such as lemon meringue pie or coconut cake. Warm up with a cup of homemade soup in the winter after a day of skiing. Or in the summer, fresh squeezed lemonade or brewed ice tea will quench your thirst after a day of hiking, biking, or rafting. You will find a mini fridge stocked with bottled water and soft drinks.


Gather with other guests in one of the two living rooms to converse, read, or enjoy the artwork created by local artists.
If you prefer some solitude, all guest rooms have their own sitting areas.
Enjoy the backyard with a hot tub that seats 4 as well as a 2 person Swedish Dry Sauna.
