The historic home was built in 1909, by Marvin Stanton, then Detroit’s lighting commissioner, as a wedding gift to his son. Guests may choose to stay in one of two guest bedrooms and one guest suite. Décor is tastefully simple, while respectful of the character of the home. High ceilings and large windows lend a bright, airy feel to the common living areas. Towering pillars and 10 foot entrance doors of etched glass make a stunning entrance and invite guests in with style.
