The Huckleberry House is a wonderful bed and breakfast inn located on a hill above the fun historic mining town of Roslyn, Washington. The old home has many antiques including clawfoot tubs in every private bathroom. It has a shared library stocked with books, movies available to watch in your rooms, wireless internet, a secluded hot tub spa out back, a coverd porch with views of the surrounding area (great in summer and winter), and a nice open kitchen. It's an eco-friendly B & B that is kid and family friendly.
Roslyn is a great town to visit. You can do almost any outdoor activity in the area (hiking, biking, goling, shopping, etc.) - many rentals are available in Roslyn or Suncadia Resort for you to enjoy (golf clubs, bikes, mopeds, kayaks, canoes, jetskis, snowmobiles, cross-country skis, snowshoes, etc.). Roslyn is where the TV show "Northern Exposure" was filmed - it was named Cicely Alaska in the program. The local cemetery has 25 nations represented and is a very special place to visit. The mining history in town is evident and can be explored in the Roslyn Museum. The local movie theater is an an old mortuary (not spooky at all).
