The Dragonfly Inn Bed And Breakfast, Friday Harbor, Washington

The Dragonfly Inn Bed and Breakfast is modeled after Japanese style bed and breakfast inns. The Inn is located off a private, gravel driveway in a secluded part of the woods and provides tranquility and peace for the Inn's occupants. The suites at the Inn include four rooms with queen-size beds, satellite TV, and a DVD player. There is also a private patio should you wish to take in the fresh, forest air or enjoy the scenery. The rooms are furnished with oriental Japanese decorations so that occupants leave with the distinct impression of having staying at a traditional Japanese style home. The Japanese theme extends to the bath as well with air jets in the bath and water that is filled from the ceiling. Other authentic Japanese touches include kimonos on the wall, and minimalist decor.

The breakfasts served at the Inn also tend to follow the Japanese oriented theme. Fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, fish, potatoes, and sushi tend to be the most common breakfast items offered along with your choice of beverage. The Inn is owned by Robert and Linda.

Both Robert and Linda are excellent hosts who cater to their guests every need. The Inn is adult oriented catering to singles and couples and as such is not recommended for children or pets.

The Inn follows a strict policy. One such policy is that all reservations must be made by a credit card. All cancellations must be made a week prior to the reservation date. Daily check in times are between 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. while the normal check out time is at 11:00 am. Absolutely no smoking is permitted within the suites at the Inn.
