The Kimballs invite you to their two-story home in a grove of 200 year old oaks surrounded by lawns, flower/herb beds, vegetable garden and playhouse which is set in the middle of a farm community with large fields of hay and grain. Portions of their colonial home date back to the 1840's. Rooms are decorated in light airy colors and tastefully furnished in traditional style with many antiques. Guests are greeted with iced tea, lemonade, fresh fruit, and flowers in the rooms. Enjoy homemade breads served on the private porch. Participate in a lawn game(horseshoes, badminton, croquet, boccee or volleyball/basketball for the young at heart) or take a good book down to the shade-covered beaver pond for relaxing reading. Your hosts are a retired Army officer and his wife whose hosting skills have been honed by years of military and diplomatic living that included Brussels, Geneva, Verona, Rome and Washington. Come for a real treat!
