The Old Yuba House Inn was built in 1865 as a miners saloon and dance hall. The upstairs was used as an inn with 3 rooms being reserved for "evening business" with the ladies.
The community has two small general stores with supplies for gold panning and crystal hunting.
Our restaurant offers home style cooking, steaks, and home baked breads as well as a summer-time barbecue center. Our rooms are decorated in Victorian antiques and have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and river.
Our climate is mild with limited snow in the canyon floor. The roads in and out of town are kept open year round.
