Clive and Tracy welcome you to their oasis of peace and privacy only 12 minutes from the centre of Murwillumbah in the beautiful Tweed Coast hinterland, Northern NSW. Hillcrest is perched atop a hill to enjoy the gentle summer breezes, with panoramic views across rolling green pastures from Mt. Warning to the rainforests of Springbrook, you can relax by the large solar-heated salt-water swimming pool and sight-see all at the same time!
Everything at Hillcrest has been chosen for maximum comfort. From the Queen size beds with best quality linen and large fluffy towels, ensuite bathrooms, some with luxury double spa baths, all with hairdryer, toiletries and in-room tv/dvd, to the separate guest lounge (stereo system, books, games, dvd library and stocked fridge) opening to a charming central atrium with decorative fishpond and Australian Green Tree Frogs during the warmer months.
We cater for a maximum of two couples in the main house to ensure peace and individual attention. Jolly good food completes the experience, with home-made breads and conserves and eggs from our own free-range eggs for breakfast. Why not enjoy a fairy-lit bbq in the gazebo by the pool as you gaze in awe at the magnificent night skies of our great southern land.
