It starts with a warm "Welcome" from hosts, Jim & Allyson. It is sustained with an appetizing full breakfast offered daily with special attention given to those with dietary requests. Inside guests will find comfort in four tastefully furnished guest rooms. The residence is outfitted with central air conditioning to quietly cool your sleep on those hot nights of summer and a sitting room fireplace to warm winter conversations on those snowy days of winter.
We pride ourselves on having a quiet house. One of the most popular rooms is the Iris Suite with a private bath. This room features a unique shower with 6 side sprays and an overhead shower. Often guests call and request "the Room with the Great Shower."
Utica's ethnically diverse population sponsors the best dining opportunities within the region. The Turning Stone Casino is just 20 minutes from the property and offers Las Vegas gaming and entertainment. Other attractions include the famous Saranac Brewery Tour and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. If you like the outdoors we are on the footsteps of the Adirondacks which offer skiing and fall foliage opportunities. There are 50 golf courses within 25 miles of the property as well.
We welcome children age 10 and older. We are open to guests year 'round. Our rates are $69-$109 US. Advance reservations are recommended.
