Constructed in 1866, this Gable-front Italianate home covers more than 6270 square feet. Further it is of 3 brick wall construction and has 52 windows and 49 doors. While much of the restoration has been completed, the Smith's state that it will probably take 5 to 7 years to totally complete the details.
