For over 150 years the Tower chimes of Otterbein College have echoed through our home at 93 West College Avenue. The home was built by William Otterbein Baker and passed through generations of his family. Lula Baker, piano teacher at the college often gave private lessons in the home's music room.
Bountiful hanging flower baskets, a white picket fence and arbor welcome you to our front door. When weather permits, the wicker furniture on the large front porch is a wonderful place to spend the day. The back yard offers a patio area, relax and enjoy the perennial gardens of the back yard.
Our home is located in the historic district of "Uptown Westerville" The Otterbein College campus surrounds the home to the west, north and south providing a quiet and scenic atmosphere. Two blocks to the east lies the heart of Westerville's commercial district - an antique and curio collector's dream come true.
