The Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast is the oldest, longest-running, historical B&B in Central Texas, as well as being located in a small, quiet community not far from President Bush's Texas ranch, and about the same distance from the shopping mall in historic Waco. Featuring three facilities, the 1894 Victorian has seven guestrooms, while the 1910 Prairie Style has six guestrooms, and the Honeymoon Cottage has one--and each of the 14 guestrooms has a private bath. Filled with many antiques, exquisitely decorated, nd anoted for Christian hospitality, The Lighthouse also has central air conditioning, cable TV and VCRs, high speed internet access, and ceiling fans, among other conveniences.
